Instructions

1. Prepare the apple: Wash and dice 103 grams of apple into small pieces (2 minutes).

2. Combine ingredients: In a saucepan, combine 52 grams of oats, 200 ml of water, 310 ml of plant-based milk, and 2 grams of cinnamon. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat (1 minute).

3. Cook oats: Cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid and reached your desired consistency. Remove from heat.

4. Stir in protein: Stir in 83 grams of plant-based protein powder until fully combined and no lumps remain (1 minute).

5. Serve: Divide the oatmeal between two bowls. Top each serving with the diced apple and 21 grams of walnuts.
