Butter5 g
Skuta250 g

Instructions

1. Bring 200ml of salted water to a boil in a small saucepan.

2. Once boiling, slowly add the buckwheat groats, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.

3. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the water is absorbed and groats are tender.

4. While groats cook, melt butter in a small pan until lightly browned.

5. Serve the Ajdovi Žganci in a bowl, top with skuta, drizzle the melted butter over it, and scatter with mixed berries.
