Buckwheat Groats70 g
Water250 ml
Whey Protein Powder30 g
Apple100 g
Cinnamon0.5 tsp

Instructions

Step 1: Rinse buckwheat groats under cold water. In a small saucepan, combine buckwheat and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes, or until water is absorbed.

Step 2: While buckwheat cooks, wash and core the apple, then dice it into small pieces.

Step 3: Once buckwheat is cooked, remove from heat. Stir in the protein powder, diced apple, and cinnamon until well combined and creamy. Serve warm.
