Buckwheat Groats30 g
Milk150 ml
Whey Protein Powder40 g
Apple80 g
Walnuts5 g
Cinnamon2 g

Instructions

Step 1: Rinse the buckwheat groats thoroughly under cold water.

Step 2: In a small saucepan, combine the rinsed buckwheat groats and milk. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and buckwheat is tender.

Step 3: While the buckwheat cooks, core and dice the apple into small pieces.

Step 4: Once the buckwheat is cooked, remove from heat. Stir in the whey protein powder until well combined and no lumps remain.

Step 5: Transfer the porridge to a bowl. Top with diced apple, chopped walnuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
