Instructions

Step 1: In a small saucepan, combine the oats and milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 2: Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid and reached your desired consistency. Stir in the protein powder and cinnamon until well combined.

Step 3: Divide the oatmeal between two bowls. Top each serving with mixed berries, sliced almonds, and a drizzle of honey.
