Oats30 g
Whey Protein Powder40 g
Apple70 g
Cinnamon1 tsp
Skim Milk10 ml
Walnuts15 g

Instructions

Step 1: Dice the apple into small pieces.

Step 2: In a small saucepan, combine oats, diced apple, cinnamon, and skim milk. Add 150ml of water.

Step 3: Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are cooked and liquid is absorbed.

Step 4: Remove from heat. Stir in the whey protein powder until fully combined.

Step 5: Transfer to a bowl and top with chopped walnuts.
