Hearty Apple Cinnamon Protein Oatmeal

- Skim Milk10 ml
- Oats30 g
- Whey Protein Powder40 g
- Apple70 g
- Cinnamon1 tsp
- Walnuts15 g
Instructions

Step 1: Dice the apple into small pieces.

Step 2: In a small saucepan, combine oats, diced apple, cinnamon, and skim milk. Add 150ml of water.

Step 3: Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are cooked and liquid is absorbed.
