Oats45 g
Milk140 ml
Whey Protein Powder15 g
Mixed Berries30 g
Walnuts7.5 g
Cinnamon0.5 tsp

Instructions

1. Combine oats and milk in a medium saucepan.

2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are creamy and liquid is absorbed.

3. Remove from heat. Stir in protein powder, cinnamon, and half of the mixed berries.

4. Divide into two bowls. Top with remaining mixed berries and chopped walnuts. Serve immediately.
