Soy Milk100 ml
Protein Powder32.5 g

Walnuts10 g
Cinnamon2.5 g
Vanilla Extract1 ml

Instructions

1. Rinse the millet thoroughly under cold water using a fine-mesh sieve (1 minute).

2. Dice the apple into small, uniform cubes (3 minutes).

3. In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed millet and 270 ml of water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then immediately reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the water is mostly absorbed and the millet is tender.

4. Stir in the soy milk, diced apple, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Continue to simmer gently for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apple softens slightly.

5. Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the plant-based protein powder until it is fully dissolved and the porridge is creamy and smooth.
