Buckwheat Groats35 g
Milk150 ml
Apple75 g
Walnuts10 g
Cinnamon0.5 tsp
Salt0.5 pinch

Instructions

Step 1: Rinse buckwheat groats under cold water. In a medium saucepan, combine buckwheat groats, milk, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed and buckwheat is tender.

Step 2: While the porridge cooks, wash and core the apple, then dice it into small pieces.

Step 3: Once the porridge is cooked, stir in the cinnamon. Divide into two bowls. Top each serving with diced apple and walnuts.
