Instructions

Step 1: Mince the garlic and finely chop the onion (3 minutes).

Step 2: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes.

Step 3: Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
