Celeriac150 g
Carrots75 g
Onion50 g
Olive Oil12.5 ml
Thyme1 g
Salt1.5 g
Black Pepper0.5 g
Chicken Broth50 ml

Instructions

Step 1: Dice the chicken breast into 2 cm pieces. Peel and dice the celeriac and carrots into 1 cm cubes. Peel and chop the onion (7 minutes).

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sauté for 3 minutes until lightly browned on all sides.

Step 3: Add the diced celeriac, carrots, and onion to the pan. Sauté for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Step 4: Pour in the chicken broth, scrape any browned bits from the bottom of the pan, and continue to sauté for 1 minute until vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve immediately.
