Instructions

Rinse the edamame pods under cold water.

Fill a pot with about 2-3 cm of water and bring to a boil. Place the edamame pods in a steamer basket over the boiling water.

Cover the pot and steam for 7-10 minutes, or until the edamame is tender.

Remove from heat, transfer the edamame to a bowl, and sprinkle generously with salt.

Serve warm.
