Instructions

Step 1: Peel and dice the apple. Measure out buckwheat groats, milk, cottage cheese, walnuts, honey, and cinnamon.

Step 2: In a small saucepan, combine buckwheat groats and milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is absorbed and buckwheat is tender.

Step 3: Stir in the diced apple and cottage cheese. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.
