Instructions

Dice the apple into small pieces.

In a saucepan, combine oats, almond milk, and half of the diced apple. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and creamy.

Remove from heat. Stir in the lactose-free whey protein isolate until fully dissolved.

Divide the oatmeal between two bowls. Top with the remaining diced apple, chia seeds, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
