Apple-Cinnamon Protein Oatmeal

- Water250 ml
- Apple100 g
- Lactose-free protein powder20 g
- Walnuts10 g
- Cinnamon2 g
Instructions

Finely dice the apple (this should take about 2 minutes).

In a small saucepan, combine the oats, water, and diced apple. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat (this takes about 2 minutes).

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.

Remove from heat. Stir in the lactose-free protein powder and cinnamon until well combined (this takes about 1 minute).
