Water240 ml
Quark150 g
Chives5 g

Instructions

Step 1: Bring 240ml of water to a boil in a small saucepan with 2g of salt.

Step 2: Add 120g buckwheat groats, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes, or until water is absorbed and groats are tender.

Step 3: While groats are cooking, finely chop 5g chives.

Step 4: Once cooked, fluff the žganci with a fork.

Step 5: Serve the warm žganci topped with 150g quark and sprinkle with chopped chives.
