Quark200 g
Whey Protein Isolate20 g
Walnuts10 g
Honey5 g
Salt1 pinch
Water100 ml

Instructions

Bring 100ml of water and a pinch of salt to a boil in a small saucepan.

Add buckwheat groats, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes, or until water is absorbed.

While groats are cooking, chop walnuts roughly.

Once cooked, fluff the groats with a fork. In a bowl, combine the cooked groats with quark, whey protein isolate, chopped walnuts, and honey. Mix well and serve immediately.
