Water150 ml
Skuta200 g
Apple50 g
Pumpkin Seeds15 g

Instructions

Rinse the buckwheat groats under cold water.

In a small saucepan, combine the rinsed buckwheat groats and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes, or until water is absorbed and buckwheat is tender.

While buckwheat cooks, core and dice the apple into small pieces.

Once buckwheat is cooked, transfer it to a bowl. Top with skuta, diced apple, and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and cinnamon.
